Here’s an interesting concept – a restaurant with no menu at all…

That’s why it’s called “No Menu” and it’s a very traditional Italian way of doing things. The chef simply cooks with whatever is in season at the time and every night is a completely different culinary experience.

So for the main feature wall behind the bar, the owner of this fascinating place in Highgate WA, asked me to create a white-on-black piece filled with traditional Italian imagery like coffee, Campari, Peroni beers, and cocktails. This was completed in a single session and you can check out the timelapse video below!
