Here’s an awesome project I was asked to be a part of to help out the great charity A Stitch in Time.
ASIT was created and is run by Perth Wildcats Vice Captain Greg Hire to help people dealing with anxiety and depression, particularly in the sport world. It’s awesome, he’s awesome, and these shoes are pretty awesome.

So I was given a whole bunch of sneakers for a whole bunch of players in the NBL and WNBL to wear and told “go nuts”. So I did.

Each pair of shoes is customised to the wearer – with their nickname, family members, facts about them, jersey numbers, etc… all making an appearance. These photos only show a few of the almost dozen pairs I ended up painting. Nike come at me!
